The U.K. Government Home Office equipped 10 vans with live facial recognition technology to boost efforts to catch criminals across England and Wales. The office said the vans will only be deployed when tracking specific suspects and maintaining safety at public events. Checks will be done against police watchlists of wanted criminals.
