Law firm Spirit Legal filed class-action lawsuits against TikTok and the social platform X for alleged violations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Digital Services Act and the AI Act. The suits seek to force the companies to stop profiling users for personalized advertising and employ stronger children’s protection measures.
