Sweden’s data protection authority, the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, opened the registration period for its fall 2025 regulatory sandbox providing guidance to companies launching AI projects. The sandbox will aim to evaluate projects to ensure individuals’ data remains protected during the implementation of AI technology while providing “dialogue-based guidance on data protection issues where the legal situation is unclear.” The registration deadline is 19 May.
