Study finds Poland SMEs have employee data protection concerns

A study authorized by Poland’s data protection authority, UrzÄ…d Ochrony Danych Osobowych, found 35% of small- to medium-sized companies are concerned about data breaches targeting employees’ personal data. ChronPESEL.pl’s Kamil Sztandera said, “cybercriminals direct their attention to where they can easily take over data, and companies from the SME sector do not have as effective security as they think.”
