Poland’s data protection authority, the UrzÄ…d Ochrony Danych Osobowych, announced the Ministry of Sport and Tourism will make changes to its transparency policies to protect the personal information of coaches, instructors, and referees and ensure compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation. Meanwhile, the DPA signed an agreement with the Supreme Medical Council to bolster data protection standards within the health care sector.
