Poland’s data protection authority, the UrzÄ…d Ochrony Danych Osobowych, urged the European Court of Human Rights to allow the authority to participate in discussions about enforcement on personal data processing. The DPA said, “introducing clear mechanisms for the enforcement of judgments of the ECtHR, will certainly help to strengthen the protection of fundamental rights, including the right to respect for private and family life.”
