The president of Poland’s data protection authority, the UrzÄ…d Ochrony Danych Osobowych, submitted comments on the Minister of Digitization’s draft cybersecurity strategy for 2025-29. The UODO highlighted the importance of having a clear legal basis for cybersecurity solutions and assess how any changes to regulation could impact risk to processed data.
