Palo Alto Networks announced it will purchase cybersecurity company CyberArk for USD25 billion, Axios reports. CyberArk’s services include identity security and privileged access management tools. The acquisition will bolster Palo Alto’s efforts to be a leading organization “in securing identities in the AI age.”
