Advocacy group NOYB was granted the ability to bring collective redress actions in Austria and Ireland, where many large technology companies are EU headquartered. The approval means NOYB can file data protection claims on behalf of several plaintiffs within the EU courts, a status only allowed to nonprofits, as well as file injunctions.
