TechCrunch reports privacy advocacy group NOYB filed an EU General Data Protection Regulation complaint with Italy’s data protection authority, the Garante, contending advertising technology business Xandr is not responding to requests from individuals to have their personal data deleted or corrected. Xander, which is owned by Microsoft, is accused of violating Articles 5(1)(c) and (d); 12(2); 15 and 17 of the GDPR.
