Norway’s data protection authority, Datatilsynet, reminded businesses they need to be accredited through the country’s verification system or the European Data Protection Board if they wish to offer data protection certifications. It notes no Norwegian entities have a system approved by the authority and included a list of requirements to seek accreditation.
