Norway’s data protection authority, Datatilsynet, hosted a webinar explaining businesses’ responsibilities when a security incident occurs. The webinar, now available as a recording, is meant to help data protection ombudsman know when a breach notification should be sent and what details it should contain, as well as when a notice is not needed.
