Euronews reports some national enforcers are not prepared or equipped to enforce the EU Data Act, which took force 12 Sept., because of delays in conversions of the law. Relevant authorities in Germany and the Netherlands warned of implementation issues while some business groups previously indicated the delays and proposed digital simplification package are causing uncertainty.
