Members of European Parliament Michael McNamara, of Ireland, and Brando Benifei, of Italy, will lead the Parliament’s AI monitoring group and the EU AI Act’s implementation, Euronews reports. Benifei was a co-rapporteur on the regulation while McNamara was an Irish Parliament member before joining the European Parliament in July.
