The Guardian reports a prominent migrants’ rights activist was one of the 90 journalists and civil society actors targeted in a WhatsApp cyberattack using Paragon Solution’s spyware. Luca Casarini is one of the known targets who has been critical of Italy’s prime minister. The office denied being behind the breaches.
