More than 200 policymakers, legal minds and civil society representatives were expected at the Lisbon Forum 2025 this week. The forum focused on the need for AI literacy and capacity-building, with an emphasis on how AI affects policymakers, legal professionals, youth and vulnerable groups. The goal is to improve cross-regional cooperation on these issues and share strategies to promote human rights-based solutions to AI challenges.
