The Guernsey Office of the Data Protection Authority released its 2023 annual report highlighting the agency’s enforcement work. In 2023, the OPDA received 151 data breach notifications, 56 data protection complaints, and focused on “deterring harmful information handling; and taking enforcement action against significant non-compliance.”
