Google shares status update of Privacy Sandbox

Google published a blog post detailing its latest efforts on the Privacy Sandbox and applauded companies for innovating with privacy-enhancing approaches, such as those that built solutions using Privacy Sandbox APIs. The company decided to continue offering third-party cookies in the Chrome browser and will not create a “new standalone prompt for third-party cookies.” Additionally, Google said it will continue adding tracking protections to Chrome’s Incognito mode, such as IP Protection, which is slated to launch later this year.
