Germany’s Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is launching a consultation on AI models in the context of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The BfDI offered prospective participants a questionnaire covering data processing practices, data subject rights and impact assessments related to large language models.
