The European Data Protection Board released the agenda for its 8 July plenary session. The board will discuss its joint opinion with the European Data Protection Supervisor related to the European Commission’s proposed simplification of EU General Data Protection Regulation record-keeping obligations. The EDPB will also consider model clauses under the EU Data Act and details on its statistical survey of data protection authority activities.
