Finland’s Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman issued guidance for AI developers and deployers to ensure compliance with data protection laws. Recommendations include assessing the data protection risks prior to processing, establishing their legal basis for processing and complying with EU General Data Protection Regulation principles, such as data minimization and purpose limitation.
