Finland’s DPA orders bus company to take down employee numbers

Finland’s Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman said an unnamed bus operator violated data protection laws when it published the personal phone numbers of 300 drivers on its website where all drivers could see them. The agency said there is no legal reason to do so when the company has work phones for its employees and ordered the operator to change its practices.
