The European Commission will hold a webinar covering the AI Act’s guidelines on prohibited practices and the definition of an AI system 3 April. The session will focus on how the Commission interprets prohibited AI practices, such as harmful manipulation and exploitation, and social scoring. The webinar will also outline the recently issued nonbinding guidelines for defining an AI system to assist deployers in determining if their software qualifies as such under the AI Act.
