The European Commission announced it will open infringement proceedings against 23 member states over delays in transposing the NIS2 Directive into their own domestic legal regimes. The deadline for member states to transpose the NIS2 Directive was 17 Oct. The Commission said full transposition is “key to further improving the resilience and incident response capacities of public and private entities.”
