The European Commission is seeking feedback on the application of the Digital Markets Act to AI-powered technologies as part of its triannual review of the regulation. The Commission issued a questionnaire aimed at better understanding how the DMA addresses “dynamics in the AI sector” and “how to ensure fairness and contestability in (AI) development.” Submissions are due 24 Sept.
