The European Data Protection Supervisor issued a new model for transferring personal data between EU institutions and other international organizations. According to the regulator, the EDPS Model Administrative Arrangement for transfers of personal data “places emphasis on data protection’s core principles and puts in place the necessary safeguards” in accordance with EU data transfer rules under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
