The European Data Protection Board published the agenda for its 7-8 Oct. plenary meeting. Key agenda items include potential adoption of joint European Commission guidelines outlining the interplay between the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Digital Markets Act and selecting topics for the Coordinated Enforcement Framework in 2026. Additionally, the EDPB will receive a presentation from the Support Pool of Experts project on the Digital Euro.
