The European Data Protection Board voted to work in coordination with the European AI Office for the purposes of drafting guidelines on how the EU General Data Protection Regulation and AI Act interact during its most recent plenary meeting. Additionally, the EDPB adopted guidelines on how personal data can be processed through blockchain technologies. The blockchain guidance is subject to a public consultation through 9 June.
