The European Data Protection Board will hold its next meeting 17 Sept. The board plans to discuss potential adoption of guidelines for setting of administrative fines under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Also on the agenda are preliminary discussions on guidelines regarding GDPR and Digital Markets Act interplay, and potential approval of national-level binding corporate rules.
