Denmark’s DPA criticizes court’s privacy standards 

Denmark’s data protection authority, Datatilsynet, criticized the privacy standards of the Family Court after the court experienced 28 data breaches from January 2023 to June 2024. The DPA said the Family Court needs to increase its privacy safeguards and meet adequacy standards to ensure sensitive personal information is protected.
