The European Data Protection Board announced Croatia’s Data Protection Agency Director Zdravko Vukić was elected as deputy chair. Vukić said, as deputy chair, he will work with EDPB members “to raise awareness of (the EU General Data Protection Regulation) at both national and EU levels, to empower individuals to exercise their rights and help companies, including small businesses, understand their compliance obligations.”
