GovTech reports organizations are aiming to bolster employees’ skills as technology development continues to accelerate. Udemy CEO Hugo Sarrazin said the platform has seen an increase in engagement from companies looking to provide employees with the ability to advance AI skills to meet current technology advancement. Sarrazin claimed companies are “realizing employees who can use AI fluidly while thinking critically about its risks, outputs, and impacts will drive the biggest business gains.”
