The research arm of France’s data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, published its report on how 10 major online social platforms handle user requests to access their data. The agency’s Digital Innovation Laboratory was specifically looking at user experience and good interface design practices; its results for each platform are available online.
