France’s data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, is seeking feedback on its drafted EU General Data Protection Regulation certification aimed at helping data controllers choose subcontractors that are considered to have adequate data processing standards. Stakeholders can provide feedback about the certification until 28 Feb.Â
