France’s data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, released a report highlighting recommendations based on findings from its regulatory sandbox on AI in public services. The sandbox projects focused specifically on “the challenges of building a database for learning purposes, the notion of significant human intervention, the minimization of data from generative AI and even on a new form of video capture.”
