France’s data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, published an overview of the first stage of the agency’s efforts to overhaul health data standards. The overview contains all feedback received as part of the CNIL’s public consultation on the effort, which will be presented during a 10 Dec. webinar. The CNIL will begin forming working groups to incorporate stakeholder input in early 2025.
