France’s data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, is opening a public consultation on its drafted credit reporting guidelines that aim to ensure organizations providing loans to individuals are securely processing applicants’ information. Stakeholders will have until 18 July to provide feedback on the proposed guidelines.
