Some ChatGPT users have experienced the AI chatbot referring to them by their name despite never having told the system, TechCrunch reports. It was not known if the reported instances were related to ChatGPT’s upgraded “memory” feature, however, some users said ChatGPT would call them by their names even though they said they disabled the chatbot’s memory and personalization settings.
