Euronews reports Czechia, Cyprus, Poland, Portugal and Spain were sued by the European Commission for allegedly failing to apply aspects of the EU Digital Services Act. The Commission claimed Poland did not designate an authority for DSA supervision and the other countries allegedly did not produce sufficient enforcement resources.
