Spain’s AI supervisory body, the Agencia Española de Supervisión de Inteligencia Artificial, published nonbinding guidelines to help organizations comply with the EU AI Act. The guidance comes out of a regulatory sandbox effort and includes introductory and technical guides as well a checklist for organizations to complete. The agency indicated it would periodically update the material and changes would be made when the European Commission’s Digital Omnibus is finalized.
