Spain’s data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, will review and update its existing compendium of guidance documents to ensure organizational compliance information remains accurate. The review process is part of the AEPD’s 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, and will prioritize “areas where regulatory developments have occurred or that are of greater relevance to the affected sectors.”
