The European Data Protection Board published its agenda for its 11 Sept. plenary meeting. Major agenda items include reviewing the European Commission’s draft adequacy agreement with Brazil, possible adoption of guidelines on the interplay between the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Digital Services Act, and potentially issuing a letter to the Commission requesting an extension to issue its opinion on the U.K. adequacy decision.
