Spain’s data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, released information about its internal AI policies and uses adopted as part of the agency’s 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. The AEPD said its AI policy aims to promote transparency by implementing AI systems under human oversight to “help the Agency continue improving its efficiency and technical capacity, while maintaining its functions and powers.”
