The Centre for Information Policy Leadership published a report examining how to responsibly adopt agentic AI in the workplace. The report cited challenges around ensuring agentic AI data collection has an appropriate legal basis, having appropriate human oversight and securing the information an agent uses. CIPL’s findings also indicated agentic AI, if adopted correctly can serve as a privacy tool by acting as an intermediary and automating some privacy features.
