The Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information published a draft discussion paper titled “The Bridge Blueprint,” which offers recommendations for harmonizing regulations between the EU General Data Protection Regulation and AI Act. The paper “shows how the GDPR’s abstract, principle-based requirements are made applicable through the concrete, technical obligations of the AI Act.” Meanwhile, the Hamburg DPA also issued guidance on how users of connected devices can request their data to be censored under the EU Data Act.
