The Hellenic Data Protection Authority released its 2024 annual report detailing its enforcement efforts and compliance concerns. HDPA President Konstantinos Menoudakos urged policymakers to bolster the “organisational and legislative framework and significantly strengthening the resources available to” the DPA after it received 1,820 complaints against organizations for alleged data protection violations in 2024.
