The European Data Protection Board adopted the final version of its guidelines regarding data transfers to third-country data protection authorities during its latest plenary meeting. Additionally, the EDPB presented two Support Pool of Experts reports that provide training material on AI and data protection. The first report “Fundamentals of Secure AI Systems with Personal Data” looks to address current AI needs and skill gaps, while the other report “Law & Compliance in AI Security & Data Protection” contains a training program for data protection officers.
