The Netherlands’ data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, released initial views on how it will manage development and deployment of generative AI. The AP indicated the vision will aim to outline AI use cases, address trends and offer a legal interpretation, all through a data protection lens. Organizations are encouraged to provide feedback on the document.
