Belgium’s Data Protection Authority announced it will launch a new platform for organizations to file data breach notifications and manage procedures through a portal. E-forms to notify the DPA about a data breach will not be available to organizations after 23 May, though the DPA has implemented a grace period allowing companies to report data breaches beyond the 72-hour deadline until 9 June.
