Norway’s data protection authority, Datatilsynet, released a video lecture discussing the use of AI tools in the workplace, and the potential privacy implications the technology could have for employees. The Datatilsynet said it recommends organizations “implement clear guidelines and ensure that employees gain insight into how their data is handled” to reduce potential privacy risks and ensure AI tools are used effectively.
